These conditions govern access to and use of Turner County Criminal History. Reading a page or using a search feature constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated site is not affiliated with government and is not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a service intended for employment, credit, housing, insurance, or another Fair Credit Reporting Act purpose. Its role is limited to locating Turner County and Georgia record resources.

1. What This Website Is

This private reference site operates independently of every government office. It does not host official criminal records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for a user.

It identifies custodians such as the Turner County sheriff and courts, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. Public-agency access is governed in part by the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, while O.C.G.A. § 35-3-34 addresses criminal-history dissemination. 3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool must not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Such conduct is prohibited and may violate the law. Georgia Sex Offender Registry information under O.C.G.A. § 42-1-12 exists for lawful public-safety awareness, not retaliation, vigilante conduct, blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, order an official check through the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) or an FCRA-compliant screening company.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed Georgia attorney can assess how a warrant, charge, conviction, record restriction, or sealing rule applies to a specific matter.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are furnished "as is" and without a promise that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Charges, dispositions, custody status, restrictions, and sealed court access can change. Gaps and delay are unavoidable, and no content here is an official statement from a sheriff, court, GCIC, or other public office.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

A link may lead to a sheriff, court, state agency, legal-aid provider, or outside search service. We do not control a destination's availability, content, fees, or data practices. Its own terms apply after a visitor leaves this site.

8. Intellectual Property

Turner County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. Written permission is required to copy, distribute, alter, or create derivative work from that material.
